Key Qualifications:

Valid SLPA credential/license required Previous experience working in school settings is preferred Ability to support students ages 622, especially those on the Autism Spectrum Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language support services under direction of an SLP Collaborate with teachers and staff to address IEP goals Document student progress and maintain records according to school protocols Adapt approaches to meet individual needs of students on the Autism Spectrum Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
