Qualifications:
Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Valid license to practice as an SLPA in California (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred Ability to collaborate well with school staff and families Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide speech, language, and communication support to students under the supervision of a certified SLP Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions within school settings Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans Maintain accurate records and document student progress Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support strategies
