Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early intervention, enjoys working closely with families, and values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. You will work with toddlers and school-age children across clinic-based and community settings, with strong administrative and leadership support so you can focus on what matters most — your clients. Who We're Looking For We're looking for an SLPA who is: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) Warm, professional, and family-centered Confident working with toddlers and young children Collaborative, curious, and open to feedback Organized, responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric environment Proud to represent the Speech Goals mission and values We welcome: Established SLPs CF-SLPs SLPAs (licensed or recent grads) Candidates with Early Intervention, ABA, SPED, or school-age experience Requirements CA SLP License (or eligibility) or SLPA License (preferred, depending on role) Experience with Early Intervention and school-age populations Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance Comfortable providing therapy in clinic and community settings 1-week training & observation period Clients begin by week 2 with ongoing training and mentorship 3-month probationary period What You'll Do Provide individual and group speech therapy services Collaborate with families, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Support children in clinic-based, community-based, and natural environments Participate in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative planning Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with admin support) Perks & What Sets Us Apart Supportive, interdisciplinary team (SLPs, SLPAs, OTs, EI specialists, developmental pediatrician) Ongoing Mentorship & guidance for all clinicians Reduced commute time with office-based therapy options Therapy materials and classroom furniture provided Client-focused model: less desk work, more meaningful therapy Monthly therapist meetings with guest speakers Team bonding events (summer/winter gatherings, wellness activities) Community outings with families (parks, zoo, etc.) ESDM training available for qualified candidates Intedisciplinary collaboration across the team Sign-on bonus and student loan assistance opportunities available for select candidates Benefits & Eligibility Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Life insurance Employee discounts Location & Schedule In-person role based in Redwood City and San Mateo, CA 8-hour shifts Reliable commute or relocation prior to start preferred We'd love to hear from you.
