Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' communication skills for the remainder of the academic year! This contract position offers a dynamic itinerant schedule, providing Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) support across multiple school sites, working closely under the guidance of an agency supervisor. The assignment runs five days per week, totaling 35 hours, and concludes with the last day of school on June 11, 2026. We're seeking a professional who can start right away and is ready to make an immediate impact—your prior experience in school settings means you'll hit the ground running, collaborating with staff and serving students who benefit from your expertise. What we're looking for: Active SLPA license and eligibility to work in school environments Demonstrated experience delivering therapeutic services to school-aged children Confidence working independently in various school locations as part of an itinerant role Strong organizational skills for managing your schedule, documentation, and travel between sites Ability to work under supervision from an agency team, following established protocols and procedures Availability to start as soon as possible and commitment through the end of the school year Comfort collaborating with diverse teams of educators and specialists Willingness to adapt quickly and contribute positively from day one Key responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP Support students in achieving their communication goals within educational programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) Travel between multiple school sites as assigned If you're ready for a fulfilling contract with purpose—making a difference where it matters most—apply today!
