Provide direct therapy services to students or clients under the direction and supervision of an SLP. Support speech and language screenings, data collection, and documentation of client progress. Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant treatment records and service documentation. Prepare therapy materials and assist with scheduling and other program-related activities as needed. Qualifications Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field that meets California SLPA requirements. Previous school-based, pediatric, or clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
