Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school-based setting. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), the SLPA will assist in implementing therapy plans, documenting student progress, and helping students improve their communication skills. Key Responsibilities Implement speech and language therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support communication goals Document student performance and progress accurately and in a timely manner Assist with preparing therapy materials and maintaining organized records Support classroom integration of speech and language strategies Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families as appropriate Adhere to all district policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field Valid SLPA license or certification in CO Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Basic knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapy techniques Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive work environment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to .
