  • $40 per hour Milestone Therapeutic Services is seeking a speech-language pathologist's assistant to join our team.
One year of experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is preferred, however, new graduates are welcome and will receive support. DC Speech Language Therapy Assistant License required Associate's degree from a technical training program in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Responsibilities include providing clinic-based treatment services and engaging in parent/caregiver education. Milestone has made a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children and their families. With the support of our dedicated staff, Milestone continues to make maximizing potential and independence our duty and number one priority. In Early Intervention, Milestone's experienced and licensed physical, occupational, speech-language pathologists, and special educators support parents and caregivers to improve their child's capacity in everyday routines, focusing on the child's interests and the family's goals. Therapists build the confidence and competence of parents and caregivers to enhance the child's development and learning, using a coaching interaction style.
