Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Job Overview Bright Minds is a growing pediatric therapy clinic committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and help deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to children.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services under the direct supervision of a licensed SLP Carry out treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP Assist in preparing materials and setting up therapy activities Collect data on client progress and maintain accurate documentation Communicate professionally with families and team members

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted SLPA license issued by the Florida Board of Speech‑Language Pathology (include your license number and expiration date) Experience working with pediatric clients preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Why Bright Minds?
