This opportunity provides a full-time schedule—spanning 37.5 hours weekly—working with dedicated educational teams near Groveland, FL. You'll split your time between two elementary schools, spending two days each at Lake Panasoffkee and Wildwood, with one additional day serving as a floater to provide flexible support where it's needed most.

Key Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license (Florida) Experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other staff Comfortable traveling between locations and adapting to different school environments Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documenting progress

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement therapy plans developed by supervising speech-language pathologists Work directly with students in both one-on-one and group settings to support articulation, language, and social skills Collect data on student progress and maintain accurate session notes Support IEP goals and collaborate with teachers to integrate communication strategies into classrooms Provide adaptable services, floating as needed to support changing caseloads and student needs Participate in team meetings and trainings as required
