Desired Qualifications:

Active Florida SLP or SLPA license required Previous experience in school settings preferred Ability to effectively manage a caseload across several schools Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout

Hendry County Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, either as an SLP or under SLP supervision as an SLPA Assess student needs, set goals, and implement individualized intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with state and school policies Travel between assigned schools within Hendry County to provide services and consultative support Engage in ongoing professional development as necessary This position offers the unique chance to work with students of all ages in a variety of school environments, supporting educational success through meaningful therapy and intervention.
