Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Take the next step in your career by working with a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing the lives of students in a vibrant school environment. As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact for children while enjoying an array of professional support and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific goals Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions within the school setting Carefully monitor and document each student's progress Work closely with teachers, staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process for greater student success
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution (required) Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in a pediatric or educational setting is highly regarded Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
