A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with an active Texas SLPA license. This position involves serving students across two private schools, supporting learners from elementary to high school in a vibrant educational setting. The assignment runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The caseload consists of approximately 73 students, spanning kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

Active and valid SLPA license in Texas Experience supporting K-12 students preferred Strong collaboration and communication abilities Knowledge of evidence-based practices for speech and language development Previous work in school settings is beneficial

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language interventions as directed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Work with a diverse caseload from elementary, middle, and a small high school student group Collaborate with teachers and educational staff for student success Assist in maintaining therapy documentation and progress reports Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP processes Provide support within both classroom and pull-out settings tailored to student needs
