The Role We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team on a part-time, in-person basis serving North Miami Beach and surrounding areas. You'll work closely with our supervising SLPs to implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients, splitting your time between daycare facilities and our clinic. What You'll Do

• Deliver speech-language treatment to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Conduct in-person sessions at our clinic and at daycare facilities
• Implement therapy goals as outlined in each client's treatment plan
• Document session data accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare therapy materials and activities for sessions
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs regarding client progress and concerns
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients, families, and team members What We're Looking For
• Active license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant issued by the Florida Department of Health (required)
• No prior experience necessary — we will train you
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
• Warm, patient, and engaging approach with children

Compensation & Details

• $21-$27 per hour to start, based on experience, training needs, and certifications
• Guaranteed hours every week — no guessing, no gaps; know exactly what your paycheck will be

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 1:00 PM-7:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, every Friday off.
