Job Description
Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Looking to make a meaningful difference in school-based speech-language services? A rewarding contract opportunity is available for passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology professionals—including SLPs (CCC, CFY) and SLPAs—to join a collaborative education team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic school setting, working closely with students and educators to help children realize their fullest communication potential.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to unique student needs Lead engaging therapy sessions while targeting specific speech and language goals Monitor, document, and report progress with attention to detail Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated student care Involve and educate families, empowering them to support student success beyond the classroomDesired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Ideally possess Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Prior experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred Strong interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication abilities Ability to balance independent work with teamwork in a school environmentTo Be Considered:
