Collaborative Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) to join our growing school-based team. As a School-Based SLP-A, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services that help students build confidence, improve communication, and reach their full potential. What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities developed by the supervising SLP. Document student progress and maintain accurate treatment records. Prepare therapy materials and assist with screenings, observations, and data collection as permitted by state regulations. Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success. Encourage students' communication, language development, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication skills. Maintain compliance with school district policies and state regulations governing SLP-A practice.

Applicants must have:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or another qualifying field that meets state requirements. Current state Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) license, registration, or certification, as required. Eligibility to practice under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Preferred Qualifications Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred. Experience working with children with speech and language disorders. Familiarity with IEPs and special education environments. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Passion for helping students develop communication skills and confidence.
