Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active SLPA license in the state or eligibility to obtain Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively with educators, SLPs, and other staff Exceptional communication and organizational abilities Comfortable adapting to various caseloads (elementary, middle, or high school) Ability to follow treatment plans/sessions as directed by a supervising

SLP Responsibilities:

Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as prescribed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Conduct direct therapy sessions with students, fostering their speech, language, and communication skills Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate in IEP meetings as needed Support students in classrooms, small groups, or one-on-one settings, adapting strategies to best meet their needs Communicate effectively with parents and teachers regarding student progress and challenges Assist in screening and assessment activities under supervision This contract position encourages growth and diverse experiences while making a real difference in students' lives.
