Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Chatterbug Pediatric Therapy, LLC Riverview, FL Job Details Part-time $35 - $40 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications SLPA License Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Job Overview Chatterbug Pediatric Therapy is seeking a qualified, motivated, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping children improve their communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), the SLPA will implement therapy plans, track progress, and contribute to a fun, supportive, and family-centered environment. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Implement treatment plans tailored to each child's communication goals Accurately record data and maintain progress notes Prepare engaging therapy materials and activities Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members Maintain compliance with Florida Department of Health and Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology standards Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license Experience working with children preferred Excellent communication and organization skills Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for helping children thrive What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling and family-friendly environment Supportive supervision and mentorship from experienced SLPs Opportunities for continuing education and growth A collaborative, playful, and professional workplace culture How to Apply If you're a dedicated SLPA who loves working with children and wants to grow in a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
