About Us Gifted Speech Therapy Services is a client-centered private practice dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children and families. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team. Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement treatment plans, provide direct therapy services, document client progress, and support positive communication outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP. Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records. Collect and report client performance data. Assist with therapy preparation, materials, and scheduling. Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and staff. Participate in team meetings and training as required. Follow all HIPAA, state, and company policies and procedures. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field. Current Georgia SLPA license/authorization (or eligibility to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations if required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with early intervention and school-age children.
