2Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join the team for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity serves students in grades K-12 across two school sites with a caseload of approximately 75-85 students. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SLPA who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative school-based setting.Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement treatment plans and interventions designed by the supervising SLP Assist with speech and language screenings, assessments, and data collection Maintain accurate therapy notes and documentation Support students in achieving communication goals outlined in their IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Prepare therapy materials and assist with classroom-based interventions Monitor student performance and communicate progress to the supervising SLP Perform all duties expected of a school-basedSpeech-Language Pathology Assistant Qualifications:
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license/certification required Indiana Department of Education licensure, if required for school-based practice Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for supporting student growth and communication developmentWhat We Offer:
