What Youll Bring:

Current licensure or eligibility as an SLPA in Massachusetts Prior experience working with children in school settings (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills A collaborative mindset for working with supervising SLPs, educators, and families Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism Ability to adapt to a diverse student population and varying caseloads

Your Contributions:

Provide supportive speech and language interventions under SLP supervision Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions with students Collect and document data on student progress toward therapy goals Prepare materials and activities to support language development Collaborate effectively with teachers and other school staff to create supportive learning environments
