Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Required Qualifications:
Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Knowledge of developmental milestones and articulation/phonological processes in young children Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and other school staff Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Passion for fostering student progress in diverse learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech/language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP Support PreK and elementary students in achieving their IEP goals and communication milestones Assist with assessment data collection and implementation of treatment plans Adapt activities and materials to accommodate diverse learner needs Communicate progress and strategies with educators and parents as directed Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and legal requirements
