Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school-based setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists while helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success. Responsibilities Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records. Assist with screenings, data collection, and progress monitoring. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success. Maintain compliance with school district policies and state regulations. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field (as required by state regulations). Active SLPA license or certification in the state of employment. Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
