Children's Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric therapy team. This position works under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapeutic support that helps children strengthen communication skills and achieve meaningful progress. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities designed to support client goals Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment data accurately and timely Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, ABA providers, and caregivers to support continuity of care Prepare therapy materials and maintain a positive, engaging therapy environment Support a collaborative, child-focused approach to care

Qualifications Required:

Current Missouri SLPA license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric setting

Preferred:

Experience working with children in pediatric, educational, or clinical settings Experience supporting children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or communication disorders Schedule &
