Job Description
Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity that empowers you to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting! This contract role is perfect for a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) eager to work onsite with elementary students. Serving grades 2 through 5 and occasionally supporting preschoolers, you'll collaborate closely with experienced educators in an ABA self-contained program, making a positive difference in students' lives. The assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 17, 2027, for 21 hours per week across three weekdays, Monday through Friday.
Key Qualifications:
Active and current SLPA licensure in New Hampshire Prior experience working in school-based settings Comfortable with both elementary (2nd-5th grade) and preschool caseloads Experience or familiarity with ABA self-contained programs Ability to complete district-required fingerprinting Ready and available for Zoom-based interview processYour Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students on an assigned caseload Support IEP goals through individual and small group sessions Document student progress, maintain consistent records, and communicate updates with supervising SLPs and staff Flexibly assist preschool students as needed while prioritizing elementary caseload Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success Implement strategies and interventions within the ABA self-contained classroom setting Embrace a supportive, team-oriented environment where your contributions help every student reach their fullest potential.
