Job Description

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - 2026-2027 School Year We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year!
Position Details:
Full-time, school-based position Pay range: $39-$45 per hour Supportive and collaborative school environment Opportunity to work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists Serving students across various grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the supervising SLP in providing speech and language therapy services Implement therapy activities and treatment plans designed by the SLP Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication goals Document student progress and maintain accurate service records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in team meetings and assist with therapy preparation as needed
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an SLPA program Active SLPA license/credentials or eligibility to obtain Strong communication and organizational skills Previous school or pediatric experience preferred, but not required If you are passionate about helping students grow and thrive, we would love to connect with you!
