Job Description

Job Summary iTherapy is hiring a motivated SLPA or SLP to join our small, supportive clinic on quiet Mare Island in Vallejo.

We specialize in early intervention with small, easy caseloads and a flexible mix of in-clinic and telehealth sessions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a balanced, low-stress workload while making a meaningful impact with young children and their families.

Mare Island Requirements:

Communicate effectively with families in both languages to explain therapy goals, progress, and strategies for home practice. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in coordinating therapy schedules and ensuring timely delivery of services to maximize developmental gains. Stay informed about current best practices in pediatrics, physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and early intervention strategies to enhance service quality.
