Job Description

, Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with pediatric clients and thrives in a dynamic environment that includes multiple service settings. In this role, you will support children with a variety of communication needs, including receptive and expressive language delays, articulation disorders, and social communication challenges. You will assist in implementing treatment plans and creating engaging, child-focused therapy sessions. Responsibilities Provide speech therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement treatment plans and therapy activities based on each child's individualized goals Develop and organize therapy materials and engaging session activities Complete documentation accurately and within required timelines Maintain professional communication with families, caregivers, and team members Adapt therapy strategies based on the service setting (clinic, school, home, or virtual) Promote a positive, supportive, and professional experience for all clients Deliver services in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools/daycares, patient homes, and teletherapy as needed Travel between service locations as required Maintain professionalism and consistency in all interactions Schedule & Work Settings Required availability: 2:00 PM•7:00 PM Additional morning and weekend hours available This position includes working in multiple settings , including: Clinic (in-person sessions) Schools/Daycares (on-site services) Patient Homes (home-based services), Teletherapy (virtual sessions) Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays available (+$10/hour differential) Qualifications Active Florida SLPA license required Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred Pediatric experience required Experience working with a variety of communication disorders preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between service locations Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation ($35•53/hour equivalent, based on experience) Additional $10/hour for sessions scheduled after 5:00 PM, weekends, and holidays Opportunity to work across clinic, school, home, and virtual settings Collaborative and supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
