Speech Pathology - Jacksonville, FL ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Jacksonville, FL Job Details Full-time | Contract 4 hours ago Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by supporting communication growth across a diverse Pre K-12 population. A contract opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC required) to deliver on-site services for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll collaborate with educational teams to maximize student potential throughout multiple school sites in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is an itinerant position, meaning you'll work with different campuses and student groups, tailoring your expertise to unique caseloads estimated at approximately 60 students with mild to moderate needs. Services must be provided in person—remote/virtual options are not available. What we're seeking: CCC credential with active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure Strong background in school-based speech-language pathology (Pre K-12 experience preferred) Comfort adapting to varied caseloads and traveling between schools within the area Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset Willingness to complete timely credentialing, including Florida fingerprint clearance and JLA badge processing (assistance and details provided upon offer) Your responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy to assigned students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEPs based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support educational success Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for assessments and progress monitoring Travel between school sites as assigned Role highlights: Full-time, contract-based (35 hours/week, standard school schedule) Opportunity to work with a variety of age groups and needs Direct support from district personnel and multidisciplinary teams Professional experience in a large, diverse educational setting Make your next career move count—help students communicate with confidence.
