Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within a school setting in Fallon, NV. This role involves providing remote speech therapy services to students, focusing primarily on articulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct teletherapy sessions to address students' speech and language needs. Manage caseloads of either 39 or 59 students, depending on the hours worked. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation skills. Maintain accurate and confidential student records. Collaborate with school personnel to support student progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Experience with telespeech and teletherapy service delivery. Strong skills in managing articulation-related therapy. Ability to handle caseload sizes ranging from 39 to 59 students. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule and Location:
Position is based remotely but serves students in Fallon, NV. Options available for 25 or 35 hours per week. Immediate start preferred. Contract may be subject to renewal based on performance and funding. This role offers the opportunity to provide impactful speech therapy services through telepractice in a school environment.
