Job description: Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. About the Role We're looking for a friendly, fun, and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic pediatric therapy team! If you love working with children and families in a collaborative, supportive environment, this is the place for you. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP. Collect and record accurate data on client performance and progress. Prepare and organize therapy materials, activities, and equipment. Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards. Maintain timely and accurate documentation (daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries). Communicate regularly with families, regarding strategies and progress & providing home activities and support. Conduct developmental screenings and reassessments. Attend team meetings and supervision sessions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (as required by state regulations). Previous experience in pediatric settings (preferred). Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Passion for working with children and families. Why Join LPS?
