What We're Looking For:

Active SLP or SLPA license issued by the state of South Carolina Current SLP educator certification in South Carolina Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred Solid understanding of speech and language development in early childhood Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Comfortable managing a diverse elementary (K-5) caseload

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-5 students, fulfilling IEP goals and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to ensure holistic student support Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation required by the district Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education program plans Develop engaging, evidence-based activities tailored to students' needs Adapt intervention strategies and monitor student progress
