Overview As a Speech-Language Teletherapy Support Specialist at Speaking Life Healthcare, you will play a critical role in supporting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver effective remote speech therapy services. At Speaking Life Healthcare, we are Communication Specialists dedicated to evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language impairments while empowering families, schools, and communities to understand speech and language development. As a recognized leader in speech pathology, we set the PACE through Participation, Advocacy, Communication, and Education. This post is specifically for the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year . Key Duties Facilitate teletherapy sessions by assisting with preparation and setup of therapy materials. Manage the teletherapy environment, ensuring technology is properly configured and functioning. Support student behavior management and engagement during teletherapy sessions. Provide direct assistance to students to help maintain focus and active participation. Collaborate closely with SLPs to deliver impactful therapy and enhance student outcomes. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in MS Office suite and teleconferencing platforms. Strong technical skills to manage remote therapy tools effectively. Ability to oversee multiple locations and coordinate support staff efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and data.
