Job Description

At Training Wheels ABA, we're growing and excited to expand our services to include speech therapy alongside the incredible ABA work already happening across our clinics and in-home programs. We're looking for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who genuinely loves working with children and is excited to be part of a collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes for clients and families. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, and RBTs in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. What We're Looking For Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license Experience working with children, preferably those with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities Interest in collaborating with ABA teams and learning within a multidisciplinary setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting clients and families Ability to work in both clinic and in-home environments What You'll Be Doing Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement treatment plans and therapy programs developed by the supervising SLP Collect session data and maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate closely with SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goals across environments Assist with caregiver education and carryover strategies as directed by the supervising SLP Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, client-centered culture Support meaningful communication development that improves each child's independence and quality of life Position Details Flexible scheduling options Services provided in clinic settings across the South Austin and Dripping Springs area Full-time opportunities available Competitive salary based on experience Why Training Wheels ABA You'll be part of a supportive, team-first culture where your voice matters Opportunity to help grow a new and expanding speech therapy program Collaboration with experienced clinical leaders and a strong ABA team Ongoing professional development and mentorship from licensed Speech-Language Pathologists A company that truly prioritizes client outcomes and staff support over simply hitting numbers A Little About Us At Training Wheels ABA, we focus on early intervention and meaningful progress for children and families.
