Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Fort Worth, Texas, to hire Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the upcoming school year. Position Details Position:
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location:
Fort Worth, TX Pay:
$42 to $45 an hour
Supervision:
Supervising Speech-Language Pathologists will be provided by the district Responsibilities Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing speech and language treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLPs Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication goals Document student progress and maintain accurate records Prepare therapy materials and support classroom-based interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers Help create supportive learning environments that encourage student growth and communication success
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification/license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Why Supplemental Health Care?
