Desired Qualifications:

Active, valid Texas SLPA license (required; must be fully licensed and not completing clinical hours) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills highly preferred Ability to complete TEA fingerprinting/certification within specified timelines Passion for serving a diverse K-12 student caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide on-site support to K-12 students with speech and language needs (caseload of approximately 60-65 students) Collaborate with lead SLP and educational staff to implement therapy plans Document student progress and maintain records per school standards Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and team members Contribute to a supportive, inclusive educational environment
