Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active SLPA license Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Bilingual fluency is required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Dedication to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy sessions, both individual and group, as prescribed in student IEPs Support students with various speech, language, and communication needs during classroom activities Document student progress, maintain records, and assist with progress reports Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and team members to support student outcomes Prepare and organize therapy materials and resources as needed
