Thrive Speech Therapy is hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants across all our clinic locations in the Houston area! Our well-established, therapist-owned practice has a strong reputation for providing exceptional pediatric speech therapy services and collaborating with select ABA centers in our clinics. Designated Personal Office Space What We Offer:
Private office with access to all the therapy materials you need Monthly budget for new materials and resources Competitive per-session pay for 30-minute treatment sessions. User-friendly online documentation system Bi-weekly direct deposit Dedicated administrative staff to handle Billing. Consistent support from licensed SLPs, clinical supervisors & senior management. Quarterly staff meetings & team-building events
Your Responsibilities:
Provide services in both our clinics and partnered ABA centers (all within 10-15 minutes of each location) Optimize scheduling to meet weekly caseload requirements Follow individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs Document sessions accurately using our online platform Communicate effectively with families, team members, and ABA staff Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders or related field Current Texas SLPA License Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Passion for working with children; experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus Join a company where you're supported, appreciated, and set up for success, with opportunities to grow clinically and professionally.
