Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our clinic-based team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement individualized therapy plans and help clients reach their communication and functional goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients as outlined in treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP Prepare therapy materials and activities appropriate to individual goals Record and maintain accurate session notes and data tracking Assist with informal assessments and progress monitoring Communicate regularly with supervising SLP about client progress and concerns Support clinic operations including documentation, scheduling assistance, and maintaining a clean and organized therapy space Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all professional regulations

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited SLPA program or bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with SLPA license Current Texas SLPA license/certification or in process of obtaining Pediatric and or Adult clinical experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative
