Key Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Previous school-based experience is valued, but not required Comfortable working as a monolingual SLPA Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to changing student needs in a dynamic school environment Enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy under supervision of a licensed SLP Support implementation of IEP goals for assigned students Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school protocols Participate in school meetings, trainings, and team collaborations as needed Assist in screenings and assessments, as directed by supervising SLP Maintain professionalism and sensitivity when working with students, educators, and families Sites will be discussed in detail during an in-person interview, ensuring the best match between your skills and campus needs.
