Qualifications/Experience:
Valid SLPA license (State of Texas or eligibility for reciprocity) Bilingual proficiency required Previous experience supporting school-based speech therapy services preferred Ability to collaborate with multilingual and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities/Duties:
Support speech-language pathologists in implementing IEPs and therapy plans Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Maintain organized documentation of student progress and session notes Assist with screening procedures under SLP supervision Engage caregivers and educators in supporting student communication goals
