Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in Texas (or eligibility for TX licensure) Previous pediatric/school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for supporting students' communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
Implement speech/language therapy plans under SLP supervision Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents Support students in achieving their individual goals Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
