Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Active SLPA license in Utah (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings Familiarity with school-based speech and language intervention strategies Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) under the direction of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Conduct speech and language exercises with students individually or in small groups Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and session activities Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills and positive learning environments Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss student progress and adjust interventions accordingly What to
