Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license/certification for practice in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience supporting students as an SLPA in schools preferred Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with educators, families, and students Commitment to ethical, student-centered careResponsibilities:
Assist Speech-Language Pathologists with implementing therapy plans tailored to student needs Work directly with students in individual or group settings to support development of communication skills Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school requirements Participate in IEP meetings as needed, offering input and support for student progressBenefits and Perks:
