ABOUT THE ROLE

Liricare is hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a school-based special education program in Aberdeen, Washington . This is an in-person opportunity to support students with a variety of speech and language needs while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assisting with speech and language screenings and therapy activities Implementing treatment plans and IEP goals developed by the supervising SLP Collecting therapy data and documenting student progress Assisting with classroom observations and communication support Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff Maintaining timely and accurate documentation Supporting students with a wide range of communication disorders in a school-based setting

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Associate's or Bachelor's degree meeting Washington SLPA requirements Active Washington State SLPA credential or eligibility to obtain one School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with children is preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
