Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position offers a unique opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with a strong background in school-based services and CCC certification to provide support within an educational setting. Located in Mount Vernon, WA, this contract role involves working directly with students to enhance their communication skills under the guidance of onsite SLP supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services in collaboration with certified SLPs Support individualized education plans (IEPs) by implementing therapy strategies as delegated by the supervising SLP Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes related to student therapy sessions Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff to foster a supportive environment Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success planningQualifications and Experience:
Valid SLPA license required Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) for Speech-Language Pathology highly preferred Experience working in school-based speech therapy settings Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with onsite supervisorsPosition Details:

15 hours per week Flexible scheduling options regarding days of the week Onsite SLP supervisors available for guidance and support This role provides flexible scheduling and the chance to work closely with a professional team dedicated to supporting student communication goals.
