$1,246 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Globe, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the decontamination, sterilization, inspection, assembly, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards. Key Responsibilities Decontaminate, clean, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment. Assemble and package instrument trays according to department standards. Operate sterilization equipment including steam sterilizers, washers, and ultrasonic cleaners. Monitor and document sterilization processes and biological testing results. Maintain accurate records and inventory of sterile supplies. Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety regulations. Collaborate with surgical staff and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. Identify malfunctioning instruments and coordinate repairs or replacements. CRCST BLS

Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of recent Sterile Processing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control practices.
