Hours/Week Requirements:

CRCST certification required CHL or CIS preferred Minimum 5 years of sterile processing experience Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience Experience managing multi-shift sterile processing operations Strong knowledge of infection control standards and sterile processing regulations Experience in high-volume surgical environments preferred Experience leading supervisors and frontline staff required

Responsibilities:

Oversee Sterile Processing Department operations across all shifts Ensure instrument availability aligned with surgical schedules Maintain audit-ready compliance and documentation Improve department quality, efficiency, and staff engagement Manage staffing models, productivity, and department performance Build a professional and accountable team culture

Pay:
