Job Summary:

Description Supervisor Sterile Processing

• Surgical Services at Providence Seaside Hospital. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position. Supervises and coordinates Sterile Processing activities. Responsible for staff scheduling, planning and organizing work priorities, and troubleshooting and solving departmental issues. Participates in hiring, and disciplinary processes. Required Qualifications:

National Certified Ambulatory Surgery Sterile Processing Technician

• Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire. Or National Certified Endoscope Reprocessor
• Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire. Or National Flexible Endoscope Reprocessors
• Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire. Or National Certified Healthcare Leader
• Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire. Or National Certified Instrument Specialist
• Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire. Or National Certified Registered Central Service Technician
• Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire. Or National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist
• Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire. Or National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician
• Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire. Or National Management in Sterile Processing
• Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.

2 years of Leadership experience. 3 years of Sterile Processing experience.
