Required Skills/Experience:

2 years of experience as an SPT specifically in the following: Decontamination and Disinfection, Case Cart, Organizing trays, Placing instruments on trays, Preference cards, Proper labeling, Proper selection of wrapping materials, Sterilization wrapping procedures, Sets/trays assembly, Equipment Documentation, Sterile Processing Microsystem (SPM) Specialty equipment processing experience required with

Bariatric, Cardiac, Dental, Ear/Nose/Throat, General, Laparoscopic, Neurology, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Transplant, Urology, and Vascular Preferred Skills/Experience:

Experience in an acute care hospital OR preferred with the following skills preferred as well: Aseptic Technique, Cleaning equipment (crash carts, IV pumps, PCA pumps),

Endoscopes, Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Flexible Endoscope Reprocessing Shift & Scheduling:

With rotating weekends - Every other weekend; Holidays as needed.

Other Requirements:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
