Sterile Processing Technician PRN Center ONE Surgery Center - 3.4 Jacksonville, FL Job Details PRN 1 day ago Qualifications BLS Certification High school diploma or GED Hospital experience Full Job Description We are a busy ambulatory surgery center currently seeking a PRN Sterile Processing Technician who will be responsible for the care and preparation of surgical instruments. The technician will maintain and establish inventory levels by checking supplies and instruments. The technician will perform the appropriate testing of all sterilizers, decontamination, assembly, inspection, packaging, sterilization, storage, and keep accurate records as well as ordering supplies for the area. This candidate will also have knowledge of standard precautions, aseptic technique and principles of sterilization and instrument handling. Candidate must have 2 years' experience and a BLS card. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, no call. Quarterly bonuses possible after probation period.
